Owner(s) require Tenant(s) to maintain their commercial unit(s) and all common areas in a clean
and orderly condition at all times. Regularly scheduled inspections by the Owner(s) and
Property Manager will be conducted to ensure that Tenant(s) is upholding these standards and
maintaining the business spaces appropriately.
All businesses will be required to maintain a minimum $1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy
during tenancy, naming Owner(s) and Property Manager as additional insureds.
