To be considered to rent one of our homes, apartments or multi-family units you must:

    1. Fill out an application form and return it to our office.

All tenants must be listed on the application. Failure to complete entire application may delay processing or result in denial of the application.

  • Provide a current credit report for the main applicant(s) from the Annual Credit Report web site.
  • Furnish information regarding rental history, source of verifiable income, and criminal history. Agent For You Property Management makes every possible attempt to contact former landlords and employers.
  • Bring Photo ID in to the office when submitting the application. We will make a copy to process the application.
  • Provide a non-refundable application fee of $50.00. Agent For You Property Management will not process any application until the fee is paid.
  • Sign an Authorization for Communication Consent & Tenant(s) consent form.

All submitted applications become the property of Agent for You Property Management. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law.
