To secure the lease, a $1,500.00 security deposit plus a $75.00 key deposit (per key) is due at the time of move-in. Prospective tenants must have a minimum credit score of 680 per adult occupant.
UTILITY AND SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Residents of the Gleason Hotel Building are required to pay for specific services during their occupancy, including snow/ice removal, satellite, cable, telephone, and internet services. However, the monthly rents include essential utility services such as:
NorthWestern Energy electric and natural gas
Town of Stevensville water and sewer
Bitter Root Disposal garbage service (with an assigned garbage can for apartments)
STRICT POLICIES FOR A HARMONIOUS LIVING ENVIRONMENT:
The Gleason Hotel Building enforces strict no-smoking, no-drug, and no-vaping policies within the premises and within 50 feet of the apartment building at all times. This ensures a clean and healthy environment for all residents.
Additionally, the building maintains a strict no-animal policy, prohibiting pets, insects, rodents, pests, reptiles, aquariums, waterbeds, and similar items within the building, apartments, and common areas. MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS:
Owners require tenants to maintain their apartment units and all common areas in a clean and orderly condition at all times. Regularly scheduled inspections by the owners and property manager will be conducted to ensure that tenants are upholding these standards and maintaining their living spaces appropriately.
RENTERS INSURANCE:
Tenants will be required to maintain a minimum of $100,000.00 renters insurance during tenancy.
